“Exciting news, Borough of Swedesboro!

Valued Swedesboro Residents, the Borough has partnered with EPA’s “Get the Lead Out” (GLO) Initiative to accelerate the identification and replacement of lead service lines in our city.

On August 19^th-21^st we will be in your neighborhood going door-to-door to take inventory and identify your water service line material. The GLO team will consist of about 4 people wearing fluorescent utility vests, GLO badges with their names, and accompanied by members of the Swedesboro Water Department.

What to expect:

1. Knock on your door from two of our friendly staff members.
2. Conduct a quick and simple visual inspection of your water service line.
3.    Record the material of your water service line.
