Join us as we come together to honor and remember all local veterans, past and present, at the Swedesboro Memorial Day Services. This meaningful ceremony recognizes the courage, sacrifice, and dedication of those who have served our country.

Reading of names of local veterans, both living and deceased

To ensure all local veterans are recognized, please provide:

Branch of service

Conflict or war served in
Call 856-467-0756 or 856-498-9435 by May 22, 2026. These names will be read aloud during the ceremony as a lasting tribute to their service.
All local veterans are encouraged to attend, and community members are welcome to join in this heartfelt remembrance.
Don’t forget your lawn chairs to enjoy the service comfortably as we gather together in gratitude and reflection.
Every Memorial Day, Swedesboro holds a Memorial Day ceremony at the Woolwich Fire House to pay tribute to those who fought and died for our country. The ceremony is a very fitting tribute attended by local veterans, dignitaries and residents.
