Last month, 14 large trees were removed along Kings Highway, downtown Swedesboro. These trees, unfortunately, had met their lifespan due to age and pruning over time.

The Shade Tree Commission, working alongside the Borough of Swedesboro, will be replanting Red Buds, Maples, and fruitless Crabapples this upcoming fall 2026.
