The Borough of Swedesboro is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of part-time Zoning Officer. The Zoning Officer would review zoning applications to ensure compliance with state, county, and local zoning law compliance. Successful candidates must be able to apply local ordinances, carry out enforcement and conduct field inspections, prepare zoning permits, examine site plans, permit applications, and Planning Board, and Zoning Board of Adjustment submissions. Salary range is between $5,000 to $10,000 and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
