Dancing in the Street

Dancing in the Street: Swedesboro’s FREE Summer Concert Series will be held throughout Summer 2017 on the Third Wednesday of the Months of June, July & August.

A monthly event held throughout the summer, “Dancing in The Street” summer concert series is free and family friendly. Each event is themed and includes a children’s show at 7 PM, followed by a live band at 8 PM. Concerts are held at 1500 Kings Highway, between Dunn Drive and Tavro 13, on the Gloucester County Mobile Stage.

What you need to know:
Parking: Parking is available in lots off Second Street.  Botto’s Parking is reserved for Botto’s customers so please keep that in mind and use public lots available.

Weather: In the event of excessive heat, we will make fans and misting machines available for folks to cool off and as always there will be free water and water ice!

Time: There will be a performance geared towards the kids beginning at 7pm.  The main act will take the stage from 8pm – 10pm.

Family Fun:  These concerts have been well attended by all ages and everyone from young and old have had a blast so bring the whole family!

Chairs:  Chairs will be set up on the street but we encourage everyone to bring their comfortable camping chairs.

“Dancing in The Street” is sponsored by the Borough’s Economic Development Committee and is available to residents and non-residents free of charge.
