Please be advised that the Borough of Swedesboro recently purchased new recycling carts. These carts will be replacing your blue Recyclebank Carts.
Your carts will be emptied on Thursday, April 25, 2013 by the trash collectors in the normal process. Please leave your Blue Recycle carts out at the curb (regardless if they are full or not). Recyclebank will come along and collect the cans after they are emptied.
Our new carts are arriving on Friday, April 26th, 2013 and will be prepared for delivery to all residents curb side on Saturday, April 27th, 2013.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO DISRUPTION OF YOUR RECYCLING SERVICES.
Though we will no longer be utilizing Recyclebank, you will still be able to redeem your points at any time as long as you remain active on the Recyclebank website within a period of 12 months. The good news is that you can still earn points for taking every day green actions outside of home recycling! Use your e-mail address to log on to www.Recyclebank.com and continue earning points for making greener purchases, and pledging to take green actions.
