Swedesboro Brewery is quickly becoming a local watering hole for residents and visitors.
“The stories of Swedesboro lore are woven throughout the brewery’s lineup.
“When I found out about this town, I was kind of mesmerized,” Bowe, 46, said. “A few trips to the library and historical foundation, and you get all the information you need.
“We could have named the brewery anything we wanted — my background is branding, so we could have found something cool,” he said. “But the way in which the town was looking for something, I said, ‘Why don’t we be a staple in the history of the town?’ So we named the brewery, intentionally, Swedesboro.”
