2021 General Election

For the first time in New Jersey’s history Early Voting begins this Saturday, October 23rd and runs through Sunday, October 31st; and Election Day is on November 2nd.

Here are key dates and deadlines for the upcoming General Election:

  •    October 23 – October 31: In-Person Early Voting Period
  •    October 26: Deadline to apply for a Vote-by-Mail Ballot by Mail for General Election
  •   November 1 at 3pm: Deadline to apply for a Vote-by-Mail ballot in person at your County Clerk’s office
  •   November 2: Election Day – Polls are open from 6:00am-8:00pm

Let people know that you voted with ‘I Voted’ Facebook profile picture frame. Edit your profile picture and find the frame using #NJVotes.

Poll worker wages have been increased. Poll workers can earn $21.44 per hour on in-person early voting days and $300 on Election Day. And they will be paid an additional $30 to attend required training. Apply at Pollworker.NJ.Gov.
